What can I do if the products I received are damaged/tampered with?
We take all possible measures to pack our products well and ensure you receive them intact. In the rare instance of the parcel being damaged, we request you to send us photographic/video evidence immediately on the day of delivery, and we’ll send you the replacement products. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the products after delivery. Additionally, damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered.
- What if I receive an incomplete or incorrect order?
We try our best to fulfill your orders correctly and in the best manner possible. However,
in the off chance that we send you the wrong products or an incomplete order, simply send us an email and we’ll send you the right order asap.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped out. So, if you’d like to cancel your order, please email your cancellation request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest.
Can I return the products I ordered?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered. However, if you are disappointed in any way we would like to know. You can write to us at email@example.com

How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours and this will reflect as per your bank guidelines (which is usually within 10 business days).
