  • Are Tvach products environment-friendly?
    Yes, each and every Tvach product is mindfully created so as to not harm nature in any way.

  • Does Tvach test its products on animals?
    No, we are 100% cruelty-free and guilt-free! 

  • Do Tvach products contain any chemicals or preservatives?
    No, all our products are crafted to be all-natural and chemical-free. The way it should be.

  • Can Tvach’s products cause any allergies?
    Since we only use the choicest natural ingredients, the chances of allergies are minimal. However, if you have sensitive skin, we always recommend that you do a patch test before using our skin care line.

  • How do I place my order?
    Step 1: Click on the category of your choice.
    Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART when you have found the product you want.
    Step 3: Click on VIEW CART.  
    Don’t forget to pick a free sample!
    Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT, where you complete the details of your order and place the order successfully.

  • Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
    Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping bag and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

  • Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?
    Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click the product once you are on the product page, click the option that says 'Notify Me', and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Tvach account and are signed in at the same time.

  • What if an item is out of stock? 
    If an item is out of stock and you are interested in purchasing it immediately, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click the product once you are on the product page, click the option that says 'Notify Me', and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.


  • How do I make changes to my order?
    Changes to the content of your order can be made by you at any point whilst placing the order. However, once you have confirmed your order and made the payment, no changes can be made to the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our return procedure. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please call us as soon as possible on +91 9136661366 or email us at Please note that once the products have been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order and advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm.

  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    For all pre-paid orders, once you place your order, your confirmation status will be automatically updated on your Account section. You will also receive an email confirmation of the same, on your registered email address. If your chosen mode of payment for the order is cash on delivery, you will get an email and SMS on your registered contacts asking you to reply with a 'YES' to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed 'YES', you will get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email address and mobile number respectively.

  • Can I leave items in my cart for future purchase?
    Yes, you can leave items in your cart. However, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your cart.

  • Do I have to have an account to place an order?
    Yes, you are required to make an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. This allows you to rate and review our products as per your experience, check your previous pending orders and also cancel and refund orders if you wish to do so.

  • Can I place my order over the phone? 
    Yes, you can place your order over the telephone. Please contact us at +91 9136616366 and we will be happy to help you. There may be certain products and promotions that are not available when ordering over the phone, but we will try our best to advise on suitable substitutes.

  • How do I find out what products will be coming up?
    If you are registered with us, we will share regular email alerts with you about upcoming products. We also feature our newly launched products with a 'New Launch' marker on our home page for ease of browsing and shopping.

  • Does Tvach offer gifting options?
    Absolutely! Check out the Tvach Gift box for the ideal gift! We also offer you the option to personalise the box and make it all the more special. Simply write to us at with your request as soon as you have placed the order, along with your order ID, and we will make it happen.

  • I want to try out some of your other products. Can I get a sample?
    We’d love to send you some of our product samples! Simply write us a note in the comments section when placing your order, and we’ll send some your way.

  • How do I sign up for a Tvach account?
    All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address, mobile number and a password of your choice.

  • What are the benefits of signing in?
    Signing up for an account will give you benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping with Tvach. Your account allows you to: 
  1. Track all previous and present orders at any time in one place. 
  2. Receive notifications as soon as your favourite products are back in stock.
  3. Rate and review products.
  4. Never have to fill in your address and payment details more than once.

  • I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?
    If you have forgotten your password, you can request the password to be sent to your registered email address by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.

Payment-related queries

  • What payment types do you offer?
    For Indian orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods as well as a variety of Wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik, etc. You can also pay by cash cards such as ITZ Cash Card, Oxigen, and Paycash. For International Orders: You can pay for purchases using Paypal and Credit Card only.

  • Is VAT (Value Added Tax) & GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?
    Yes, we charge VAT & GST on all online orders. All prices shown are GST inclusive

  • How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Tvach?
    We use the CC Avenue Secure payment gateway for all card payments and also for Netbanking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you'll be asked to enter after in your card details on the payment page. You'll be redirected to your bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.

  • Why was my order payment rejected?
    There are various reasons why this may have happened, but we suggest the following steps. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case. Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

  • What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheque or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes.

  • How do I avail of the COD facility?
    COD facility is available for orders in India only. When you enter your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

  • Is COD available for delivery to all locations in India?
    Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.

  • Would I be charged for availing of the COD option?
    There's no specific charge to avail COD on any order. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 70 if your total order value is less than Rs. 1499.

  • How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
    When you click the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment. 

Shipping and delivery policies 

  • How does the delivery process work?
    All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

  • Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
    Yes. You can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address' and the address you wish to ship it to as the 'Shipping address'.

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    Currently, we are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses in a single order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a different order for each delivery address.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally, to all countries. Of course, shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout.

  • What is the range of locations to which Tvach ships products?
    For orders within India:
    We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 1499 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 70 if your total order value is less than Rs. 1499.

For International Orders:

We also ship internationally across all countries. We offer free international shipping for all orders of value 100USD and above. For orders of less than 100USD, there is a flat shipping chard of 20USD

  • Will I be charged any customs duty or taxes on international orders?
    International shipping orders may attract applicable local duties/taxes in the respective country. These local duties/taxes will have to be paid by you.

  • Where can I track my order?
    You can track your order from via the Tvach website orders page, to get an update on where your order is. For your convenience, the Track Your Order tab allows you to see the exact status of your order in real-time.

  • By when can I expect delivery of my order?

We usually process and ship out our orders within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays), post receiving the order confirmation. 

For orders within India: You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in a difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.
For International orders: You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days.

  • How are the items packaged at Tvach?
    Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap, while fragile items like bottles are secured with additional bubble wrap. This is then placed in a sturdy carton, taped, and prepared for shipping. So, you receive your products in the best condition possible!

  • What do I need to know about my order delivery?

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Tvach takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

    We, at Tvach, are fully dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. Therefore, all Tvach products available on our website are 100% genuine and authentic.

  • Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?
    All of our inventory is kept in our own warehouse. We store, manage and ship our products to you, no matter where you are, with the utmost care and efficiency.
